Hampton Roads Business Outreach (HRBOR) is the LGBTQ+ chamber of commerce serving Southeastern Virginia, connecting queer-owned and allied businesses across the Hampton Roads region through networking, advocacy, and community events. The organization works to build an inclusive regional economy and serves as a welcoming hub for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and professionals across one of the East Coast’s most historically rich communities.
