Step-Up Incorporated is an Indianapolis-based workforce development nonprofit providing job training, placement, and employment support services for individuals facing barriers to employment in the Indianapolis community, including LGBTQ+ individuals, people experiencing homelessness, and other marginalized populations. The organization builds pathways to economic stability and self-sufficiency for those who most need a hand up. Step-Up Inc. is a member of Indianapolis’s LGBTQ+ and broader community services ecosystem.
