CASA of Adams & Broomfield Counties is a nonprofit organization serving the 17th Judicial District of Colorado, recruiting, training, and supervising community volunteers to advocate for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or chronic school absence. CASA serves children and families across many different races, ethnicities, abilities, classes, gender identities, sexual orientations, and religions, with a DEI Committee dedicated to ensuring their volunteer base reflects the full diversity of the children they serve. Casa17th CASA is among the 172 welfare organizations featured in the Human Rights Campaign’s All Children – All Families program’s 2023 report, recognizing their work to ensure services are welcoming and affirming to the LGBTQ+ community.
