he Lesbian Couples Institute is a Denver-based counseling and coaching practice founded in 2018 by Dr. Lynda Spann and her wife Dr. Lisa Yaeger, created specifically to serve lesbian, queer, bi, and trans women in same-sex relationships. Led by lesbian therapists with decades of personal and professional experience, LCI offers therapy created for lesbian couples, by lesbian couples — addressing the nuances of same-sex relationship challenges that heterosexual therapists may not fully understand.
