Empowered Minds is an LGBTQ+-owned telehealth counseling practice founded by Rachel Regina, LCSW, offering individual therapy for adults in Colorado and Florida. The practice is an all-inclusive, LGBTQ+-owned space supporting individuals ready to discover or reconnect with themselves so they can live more authentically, Empowered Minds with specializations in identity exploration, gender and sexuality, anxiety, trauma, and intuitive eating. Sessions are strength-based, value-focused, and grounded in person-centered talk therapy delivered through a nonjudgmental, accessible telehealth model. As a member of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, Empowered Minds provides a safe, affirming virtual space for LGBTQ+ Coloradans to access quality mental health support from wherever they are.
