Champagne Tiger is a French American diner at 601 E Colfax Avenue in Denver, set inside the landmark Tom’s Diner building on the corner of East Colfax and Pearl Street. The menu pulls from bistro classics and diner comfort, with steak au poivre, fresh oysters, and smash burgers alongside dinner service Wednesday through Sunday. Wednesdays feature Pasta and Piano night, with a seasonal fresh-made pasta special and live piano from 7 to 9 PM. The restaurant also runs what it calls the city’s most luxurious Sunday Drag Brunch, with three seatings starting at 10:30 AM. As a member of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, Champagne Tiger serves the LGBTQ+ business community in Denver.
