Founded in 2014, Trans Lifeline is a trans-led nonprofit that provides life-saving, peer-based crisis support and financial assistance to transgender people across the U.S. and Canada. With a mission rooted in dignity, autonomy, and community care, Trans Lifeline offers a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed alternative to traditional crisis services without involving police or emergency responders unless explicitly requested.

Microgrants Program

- Assists with costs for hormone therapy, surgery consultations, etc.

- Helps with food, rent, utilities, transportation, and other survival needs
