Welcome to LGBTQ+ Strong (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “LGBTQ+ Strong”). By accessing or using our website and associated services, including but not limited to our business directory, job board, and events calendar (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. If you are using this Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Platform is designed to:

• Promote LGBTQ+ owned and friendly businesses through our business directory

• Offer a space for LGBTQ+ inclusive job opportunities

• Share information about LGBTQ+ inclusive events

We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for LGBTQ+ community.

3. Content and Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or refuse to display any content that:

• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene in nature

• Promotes hate speech, harassment, violence, or discrimination

• Violates any applicable law or regulation

• Is false, misleading, or inaccurate

All businesses listed on the Platform must affirm that they:

• Are LGBTQ+-friendly

• Provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals

• Do not engage in discriminatory practices

4. Business Listings and Responsibilities

By creating a business listing on our Platform, you agree that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and up-to-date

• You maintain responsibility for the content and claims made in your listing

• You will notify us promptly if any details need to be updated

We reserve the right to investigate any complaints from users regarding the treatment they receive from listed businesses. If, in our sole discretion, we determine that a business is not aligned with our community values, we reserve the right to remove or suspend the listing without notice or liability.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, services, or conduct of any business listed in the directory. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of the business’s practices. Users engage with listed businesses at their own discretion and risk.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may post business directory listings, job listings, events, reviews, or comments. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content on the Platform.

We are not liable for any user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
